Yea im trying to get out of waiting on Glorious jama procs for constant 193 aspd guess ill have to test some stuffs

Yeah, for most of the stuff, it's testing. :s Like in my case, I wanted the upper headslot free (so no isabella or spb) so I had to build around that. The hardest part is finding people are willing to lend you their gear so you can test stuff.  Godbless friends. <3

HBP is 8% aspd and +1 flat. FAW is 24% + 1% per 20 agi. The one I tested with was 24% (3×8%) + 6% for 30% total. Someone should add more info if they've played around with aspd FAWs, I'm particularly interested in the last enchant, is max possible flat +1 aspd or AD4 (10%)?

Best third enchant on FAW for ASPD is Special AGI. It gives flat ASPD +1 and AGI+4 if FAW is +12. The enchant is in AGI enchant not in ASPD enchant, FYI.

There are three ways to obtain 193 aspd on a GX.

 

1. The 193 aspd proc way

.          - +9 KVM katars (glorious jamhadar/bloody roar)

.          - +7 drooping alicel

.          - temporal boots with "speed of light" enchant

.          - atroce card (mvp)

 

2. The 100% aspd(delay after attack) way

.          - add up enough aspd%(delay after attack) gear to equal 100%

 

3. The combo way

.          - through a combination of stats (agi+dex), buffs, aspd%(delay after attack), and flat aspd

 

Basics of aspd:

 

1. Any gear that gives aspd%(delay after attack), reduces the delay between attacks, so it does not give a % increase base off your current aspd.

For example, let's say your current aspd is 185, your delay between attacks would be 8, which you get from subtracting max aspd 193 from your current aspd 185.

Then let's say you want to see how much aspd a bako tattoo(10% aspd) would add. You take that 10% and multiply it to your "after attack delay" of 8, so you would get a 0.8 increase in aspd, for a total of 185.8.

It works much the same way as variable cast reduction gears for spell classes. Variable cast reduction gears reduce the delay between spells, and aspd%(delay after attack) reduces delay between attacks.

 

2. Any gear that gives a flat aspd increase, is added at the end after all other aspd% gears, stats (agi +dex), buffs, are calculated.

So in our previous example, if we add a +9 isabella red ear (+1 aspd), it would be added after the bako tattoo(10% aspd), so our new aspd would be 186.8.

 

3. The status window always rounds down your aspd. So using our previous example, our 186.8 aspd, would only show 186 in our status window. BUT, even though you do not see the decimal amount, it does make a difference, for example, 186.8 aspd will feel faster and is faster than 186.2 aspd, but both will show as 186 in status window.

Yes, it's still possible even with the little HP lost.

 

Guarana candy really does nothing but gives you level 5 Agi. and a Concentration Pot effect. And Awakening>>>Concentration.It can maybe give you aspd 10%, but most of the time, it hardly makes any difference to me.

 

If you have an extra gen sitting around(like me),you can soul link them and they can aid berserk pot you as well. Saves me a lot of trouble getting to 193 aspd.

1. You can drink a poison bottle, like an aspd pot, it gives 25% aspd(not equip kind), and it lasts only 30 seconds.
2. Guarana candy is only a concentration pot + lvl 5 increase agi(acolyte skill), so all you get really is a +5 agi boost for a couple minutes.
3. Aspd pots do not stack! Higher aspd pot always used over others.
4. List for a gx is:
. - poison bottle 25%
. - bersek pot 20% if linked
. - awake pot 15%
. - conc pot 10%, guarana candy 10%
 

Doesn't poison bottle 1-shot you? xD

only one shots you, if your a non-gx class. XD

I am thinking about getting an owl Duke/Baron (the 1 with Lex proc) for my sincuffs. Would the Lex proc break my Aspd? Because of the cast animation.

I have a assassin's handcuff with Owl Baron. It does not slow your ASPD down.

Actually, I don't like Owl Baron much because of Lex skill delay.
