I was wondering if it is possible to use Steam Overlay for this game, I have tried a few things but so far havn't had much luck.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I am not new to Steam, so you can keep the most common responses out of this :P Yes I know Requiem is not officially a Steam game, yes I did add Requiem to Steam by adding it as a "non-steam game."

I am not sure if there is a certain file I could add instead of the desktop launcher that would make it work, or if I need to change either the "Start in" or the "Target" in the Requiem Non-steam game properties, or if it is just impossible to do.

I was informed by the team that it is possible but it would probably be better to contact Steam support.

It would probably be safer to play it without.

It can only be done by the developers. Requiem works through a separate launcher, so what happens is you launch UPDATERUSA.exe that once complete opens Launcher2.exe. When you click Play, it enters system\requiem.exe. Since you can't run requiem.exe without going through the launcher, this task is impossible. There are 2 ways for the steam overlay to work. First is by the developers building the routine to have the steam overlay. The second is through an injector which would probably be a difficult implementation.
