Refreshing does help but I would first clear your cookies and cache. You can do that with "Ctrl+Shift+Delete". Different browser might help as well.

Hmm, if that doesn't work. I would recommended submitting a ticket. If we can gather your information, we can find a permanent situation.

You can also use the client to log into your account on Nova.

I also have this problem, on facebook browser, normal browser through the game page, and can't login both Facebook and normal email account.

I tried Chrome, Opera, Firefox and the problem still exist.

So apparently the game is unplayable.

Even when you cleared your cookies and cache?

The Client would be the best bet at this point.

The current client has a bug where its resolution is not properly set. On the launcher click on Option and choose the appropriate resolution. Right now your game is making an improperly sized window.
Also if you are using the Facebook client, it uses a different login and password. I assume you are using the Facebook version if you are experiencing this error. To get your Login, go to WarpPortal Home, Click Login at the top. Login with Facebook. Click on Account Information. Your account is that long string of numbers. You can try logging in with that account name using your facebook password, but I imagine the password is some generated hex. To reset your password click on Forgot your game password and follow the instructions. It also should not affect your ability to login with the facebook version.

Finally, you will more than likely experience a similar issue through the client. This error is caused from a communication error through the facebook application. The culprit stems from 1 of 2 sources. The first is a netcoding error. Considering this was not an issue before it could be the result of attempting merging the servers. The second is that the servers are no longer operating to spec which means they need to be replaced. Considering Glassdoor's review on Gravity Interactive, this could also be the case since the management is super cheap.

I already tried to login with the FB account, both on Fb platform and Browser platform https://proxy.requie...l.com/login.php

None works.

And you misunderstand the issue with the client, i cant open the main window, when i click and run the .exe 1mb file, it does nothing, just open a process that do nothing.

I was wondering if i can download the full client anywhere?

You wont be able to login to the client or browser version with your facebook name and password. This is the difference in how these platforms work. What the developers do with the facebook client is generate a username and password for you to use, then save it on Facebook's end. When you click to play from the facebook client it automatically logs in using these generated credentials.
This is why you need to retrieve the username and password that was generated for your account by the application. The only way to do it is by following the instructions I put into my first post.

There is only one place to download the client, and that is from the Requiem home page.
http://www.playrequi.../clientdownload

There are several steps for downloading and installing the client.
First you download the installer from the website.
Once you run the installer it opens a peer to peer connection that includes Requiem's host. This downloads to a location you specify then begins installing the actual application.
Once the application is downloaded then installed, you can start the client through the start menu shortcut.

-I know that i cannot login with my FB info to the game, lol! And i already go to WarpPortal, and change the serial number i get from FB and change it with the password as well, and still can't login.

Also i make a new account from the requiem page with a external email that has nothing to do to my FB and still cannot login.

Also i make a new account from Warpportal, and then through it i make a Requiem account and still cannot login with that account!

And that last step is the problem, i can't run the installer, when i double click it, it does nothing! Just open a process and remain useless till forever, it don't open nothing. That's why i want the full client, because the installer is useless or bugged.

I can't do nothing with the installer, cuz it doesn't download the game..

Unfortunately, there is no longer a hosted full installer. Not sure if you can get through ftp since I don't have the address. It sounds like their is something severely -_- up on Gravity's end, so trying to massage out the problem won't work at this point without an actual fix and support from Gravity on your specific issue. If I can remote in, I might be able to fix your issue. But as a person who won't even let Microsoft support remote into their PC, I definetly would not let a stranger on an online forum remote in.

How many times did you try to access the game? I experienced the same issue when I was playing another MMORPG last year. Their support told me that our log in attempts passes through different "hubs" (that's the term that they used). And sometimes, we end up to a hub that has a defect. So it will be most likely a dead end. And all I have to do is to try to relog.

Maybe it will also work for this game.

I already sent a message to the support, still no answer.

I tried like 5 times on 3 different days, both on Facebook and Requiem browser page and still can't login. (Now i see why it is so low rated on FB, lol)

Make sure to be checking back with your ticket. You can reference this thread.

If your having issues with Facebook, that's another issue. If clearing your cookies & cache(Ctrl+Shift+Delete), using a different browser, or trying the client, one of those should work.

Is not another issue, i'm having problems with the login everywhere, because the main error.

The browser page, and the Facebook page to play the game seems to be the same, since when i change some preferences on options, both was affected by the same changes.

Anyways seems like even support, don't know how to solve this problem, still no answer.

Meh, Win 7 HP and Nod32 Ver 7

Really guys with this kind of bugs, you just are losing a lot of people, that guy who stared the thread just give up and he will never play.

Now i see why the section and community of this game is a bit low comparing to the others game of WP.

Wow you should be golden. Not sure what the issue. You also seem to be computer literate enough to work around most of the issues players will encounter. Only explanation is its on their end.

Well seems like i'll need to stick to the support guys which apparently don't know either whats going on lol!

At least the game is good? To worth the effort to find a solution?

Ok after doing various test, i find a solution for the Client, it was a error on the windows firewall, i  had to add the extension of the client executable on the firewall list and works.

The problem with the Browser and Facebook still exists and i think it does too for new people who wants to play the game, since i request some friends to play through Facebook and they face the error too.

Thanks for the help guys, i'll you on the game too see how it goes.

As far i was checking it, i find that the backwards movement is very tricky, you can run on all ways except back ¿lol?

And also i find another bug whenever i want to logout the game crashes and i need to kill the process through the task manager, other than that is working well.

That's odd, do you have heightened security settings? Usually you don't need to make an exception on Windows Firewall.

What's your OS and anti-virus? Also are you attempting to install the client version or play the facebook version?
