I tested it with my gears. I can do 25k - 27k with a right element. Is that dmg good enough ?

From irowiki, it's based purely on INT and ATK only.

 

And yeah, it's ranged attack, so I believe EA will affect the damage output. but not Atk% enchants though.

iRO Wiki is super out of date. %atk should effect it, ranged will prob effect the entire damage output though. If it is atk/matk based, Kingbird RWC knife would be pretty good, but I think Ice Pick effect carries to SD so, high EA on that might be better?

Pretty sure seeing as I play a SD sinx for TE and I raised int 20 on him for 0 bonus damage. And when I put matk stuff on it went up.

I tested with my +14RWC knife. Actually, matk part is not that big. Byeollungum with EA does better on MVP. I think DonatoX has two megs and RWC knife won't be his choice.

Depends what he wants to use it for, does he want it in pvp? pvm? MVP? Depending what you use it for, you won't use the same gears.

I would suggest focusing on the atk portion since the matk portion isn't boosted by EDP.

Also I heard ice pick does not effect SD damage because it already pierces def or something.

you're right... after testing I found that atk has more effective then matk. and RWC knife better than ice pick.
