Why does it have to be so complicated? Honestly I have no idea why they don't just add personal instances for people to do their BB/db'ing except if they fear abuse.(not the domestic kind)

id say no cooldown on it since its your items youre spending... hard to abuse what youre already paying for... though i like the idea of charging per hour of use... and you can re-enter as many times as needed in that time frame (in case you die)

Interesting idea, private party fun instances would be fun.  You could have some fun without random people ruining it.  You can interpret that last sentence any way you want
