1.- Pre-Re HSCR didn't benefit of racial bonuses iirc. What about now?

2.- What are the best 1-handed and 2-handed weapons for HSCR, available in WoE:TE?

3.- What card should I put in those?

4.- How much DEX is enough for WoE:TE on a smith?

1 - Post Renewal it does

2 - 1-H weapon would be Bravery or Flavious morning star

     2-H Weapon Hurricane Fury or Giant Axe, I would get fighting spirit enchants on them. I personally use a Zipper Bear card in a Hurricane Fury because I had it Pre-Renewal

3 - I use a Zipper Bear Card, Hillsrion Card also works

4 - 50 Dex works out well for me
