Yeah, I am usually able to dodge decent normal mobs like in TIs. But when it comes to MVP-ing, like dracula / orc lord / atroce, they will have 4-5 slaves that would bring my flee down by ... 40%?

So either I have to hit lock the MVP to avoid getting hit by it, or I'll have to AS the mobs before auto-attacking the MVP (thus allowing the MVP to come close and punch me in the face with magnum break ._.). Then again, these are low level MVPs, so I can imagine higher level MVPs will have higher HIT rate.

Tip: if you are planning to use arrow storm before auto attacking the MVP to clear the mobs, target the mob then click on the MVP to auto attack. That way the MVP doesn't run to you because you are targeting it.

If you are hitlocking then it shouldn't matter if your target has a high hit rate. Because if you are hitlocking it successfully then it should stay in place. I actually dislike going for atroce because it has defending aura. Whenever I go solo ET, that's the one that burns my time. The only problem that you should have coming from mobs is decrease Agi. So if they do have a mob that casts that, take it down before hitlocking then leave the rest to attack you. You should be able to tank a few mobs. Whenever you are trying to hitlock a MVP, always pick the mobs that you are going to keep alive for you to tank. That means leave the ones that you are confident enough to tank. And as usual, make sure you watch your positioning.

Not really. my ranger can attain 193 ASPD AND do good damage with AS. Here's a screenie of my AS, but maybe I'll edit it later showing the AS dmg as well my 193 ASPD.



That's 200K AS damage and 193 aspd between the delay.

Bro looks interesting.. would you let me know your equips and stats for this? Who wouldnt like 200k dmg + 193 aspd

@Memoir: Ah okay, I think that's my usual mistake. I'll tend to aim at the MVP directly to ensure my AS hits all the mobs at one go. Thanks for the inputs

 

@Hacs07: not to mention 28K HP and 2.2K SP at lv 146.. I'm 150 and my HP Is 23K HP. D:

That shouldn't be hard to reach if you use consumables. You can see it on his buff icons on the side. Then use increase hp/sp pot. As for AS dmg, it's prolly a +12 big xbow. You can also see he has striking. You can also be crit with the same set up by using abrasives and other stuff.

Megingjard: increases strength, not dex. (and weigh 400. D:)

Mjolnir: can't equip

Sleipnir: will break WW Set, reducing AS damage by ~50%.

Brisingamen: Increase various stats, which isn't very useful in raising damage

Hmm , Even without striking I get like 180K AS on it. As for equips , The usual +14 BM Elven Bow , +9WWSet and bako tattoo. pretty much get 193 aspd. And the stat buffs wer VIP buffs (+7 stats) I only used Vit + Dex food there.

 

 

Edit: And the reason I get to do 180K AS and 13k auto warg damage is the +7 Leo Crown. It's a bloody good headgear which gives Mild wind (This one gives Mild Wind Lv.4 Fire Endow) . And hence the high damage.

Mine aspd warg ranger actually uses this:

+12 White Drooping Eddga -- +300atq
Pegasus Ear Wing -- +4% aspd
CD in Mouth / anything(global delay sucks) -- Boots activation
+12 White Wing Suits[Pasana/Swordfish/Dokebi] EA3 Agi5 -- ea damage, agi5 for 193 without ancient mimic card
+12 Elven Bow[Abysmal Knight]
+9 Heroic Backpack[Raydric] -- 10% ranged dmg, 10% crit dmg, 1flat and 8% aspd, 10% neutral resist
+12 Temporal Agi Boots ASPD4 Lucky Day -- ...
2x Bako Tattoos

With this setup, using awakening, celermine and guarana candy i can achieve 193 aspd, good damage, ok survivability due to being able to wear elemental armors and having 90 vit.
Mine dps is around 150k when boots activate using the proper converter, depending on the buffs, this can be increased even more.

I was just trying to hit 193 aspd to see what I would need gear/stat wise. I was at lvl 160, 120 agi/dex with a giant bow. 2x doppelganger, 2x agimat tattoo, self buffs/skill (improve conc, wind walk etc.), awake, ground petite pet. And what ever gear I could find.

 

Basically I was wondering if it was possible to hit 193 aspd without needing food or buffs from a priest. But I couldn't do it. 

 

 

Also about auto-warg, is it based strictly on luk? It's every 3 points = 1% chance, does that mean it's based on crit? Could I just use crit increasing gear/cards to increase auto-warg procs? Such as two drosera cards?

You should get flat aspd increments too. 100% aspd increase gives you 193 aspd, but it's difficult to do that so you should mix % increments and flat increments together.

doppelganger x2 -> +20%
bako tattoo x2 -> +20%

XBow gives 1 flat aspd.
You could get an isabella red ear with high refine for 2~3 aspd and agi temporal boots?

Also warg proc is based off luk, not crit. Crit just boosts your crit rate. You need 300 luk for full warg proc rate, achievable using the lucky day proc from temporal boots.

Ok so, heres my ranger gears and stats atm..

Im using ranger hat, +12 elven clean, , FAW (aspd+1, atckdelay1,atckdelay3), tarnished lamp .. just those ones and a awakening pots took me to 189 aspd..
planning to buy +11 isabella, <would get me to 190> , agi temp with lukday<191> ..

Now im wondering if i use bako tatoo and beholder master would get me to 193 . Any other suggestions for equips that would boost my ranger performance guys? .. like maybe add damage or survivability?

And btw here are my stats right now:

Agi - 120
Dex - 90

Need help for the rest of the stats please..thanks in advance
