Can't Connect either. Got disconnected while playing haven't gotten in for a few minutes. Get to server selection but doesn't go to character screen.

Yeah same everytime i try to connect the server it just times out

they just made an in-game announcement that they were doing a server restart to make shadow gears vendable

Log out all clients, and repatch.
You might not be able to log in because a new patch was deployed.
