Not yet. Still waiting for reply. i just send some screenshot. but i know someone got his item already. he said he lost some accessory but everything is there. it takes a weeks so better send ticket now. For fast action.

bro i think i resolve my own issue i do a lot of char select each character on my account affected and i think its fix but i still have missing lisent U and HG but i can now do trade/drop/equip/re equip

This is still a possible issue. I'll be sure to address it to our Development team. 

 

Be sure to let the Support team know that you got some of the items back though.
