I'm playing in iRO renewal chaos,

 

It seems that in-game, the skill description says that (at max) spear quicken gives 30% ASPD...but the iRO wiki as well as some notable members here are saying that it gives a constant ASPD...

So which one is it exactly?

hmm, so i went and reset to try this out.  It seems that it gives me a +11 constant ASPD (164 to 175) on all levels...even if iRO Wiki's page says +7....is every source i check wrong somehow? XD

Interestingly, at 164 attack speed, a 30% reduction in delay would be about 11 attack speed.

i tried it from lvl 1 and lvl 2 (etc.) tho, and it was constant...XD  maybe it's constant 30% per level?

If its anything like Adrenaline Rush it would be. Adrenaline Rush is 30% aspd at all levels of the skill, with the skill level only affecting duration. Two-hand quicken as well.

Before I update the wiki for Spear Quicken, I wanna finally confirm the following: Does SQ boost ASPD by 30% like most skills or not?

How much is aspd penalty for spear? because 30% is just like 2 hand quicken...
