Hm,why Rising Dragon dont give ASPD? The skill says ASPD Increase but we dont have this on iRO,even in another oficial server that i played...

 

its a bug or nerf?

this is first time i heard(read) of this, though i'm quite sure RD has nothing to do with ASPD since the very beginning

skill description in game says it too...

there were cases where something was fixed to match the game desc;

there are also cases where the game desc was wrong and a fix was made the match what the devs really meant;

if you really care about this issue, you can try submitting a ticket to get an official clarification (and fix to either the skill or the desc);

 

the game desc still says combo GOH after FE reduces sp consumed by 10%, but this never ever happens; sp consumed is the same whether manually casted or comboed;

iirc, the wiki mentioned this too but was later removed after sometime;

 

wikis are great general guides, but not all info are 100% guaranteed correct

issues like these are usually solved when consistently addressed in tickets and/or technical-support/bug-reporting sub forums

Yeah...
The description in-game still says that it will increase ASPD ._.
It is not the only Sura's skill that can misslead who is new with the class or the 3rd overall.

The description of Sky Blow also says that it consumes one Spirit Sphere.

I believe sky blow used to consume a spirit sphere, but it was changed with the first balance patch, which removed that part of the skill.
