offline vending 1 character per account can vend upto 7 days..

its sucks that the main rose server has no offline vending...i know a private server who does..hopefully time will come we will also have it here..

I wouldn't say it has been ignored. They know this is something we want, they just haven't gotten to implementing it yet.
