For this year's USRC we are not allowing players to wait out a long skill cooldown, or to switch out characters between matches. Players will need to be smart about when they use these skills.

Think you could put an npc in there that sets the player back to 5m zeny for when people run out?

If you mean between matches we can't do that. If you mean resetting your character before saturday, you can delete and remake.

They haven't mentioned a server wipe, so your practice char will most likely be your usrc char.

You will use your practice character for the tournament. We are not wiping characters.

Newly created characters should be in the usrc zone, and should have access to the maps.

For this year we are using the older maps (like practice room 4) that are a little smaller. We are going to use the same maps except for the finals.

It's just problematic for the people who get into the finals. It could be people who had access to the maps before vs. people who never had access to the maps. It's not very fair s:

You mean, for this year we will use guild_vs1 - vs5 maps instead of rwc_arena01 - 04 ( 2012 RWC maps ) ?
