Gotta spend more time here now that you got some amazing gears
RWC 2014 was cancelled? Or your server just isn't going this year?

We haven't heard anything about RWC on our end, either. Recently, they cut the subsidy to help pay for airfare/lodgings for RWC participating teams so many teams outside of Asia would not be able to afford to attend. This year it seems like it probably won't happen at all.

Weird, I knew they weren't going to pay for airfares and stuff anymore, but cancelling it all together doesn't sound so great. Wonder what would cause them to cancel.

Asiasoft Thailand ( Thailand RO ) and Asiasoft Philippines ( Philippine RO ) already announced the recent update of Gravity, there will be NO RWC for this year instead it will resume next year, but i still don't know if it will be an Online Tournament or Live Tournament.

For the prize distribution, we already have the account names connected to the characters that participated Saturday and will be getting the participation and KP prizes awarded ASAP.
For the 1st -4th place teams you will be able to ticket in to request which item you want. We are only able to award these items to the account that has the sakray team character on it.
If you have already PMd me or ticket in just let me know what your ticket number is. When you create a new ticket there is a new Department that you will be able to select: USRC 2014 prizes. You will have 10 days starting tomorrow to write in, after that we will be unable to reward anyone waiting longer than that to contact us.
Thank you very much to everyone for participating!

On Saturday we stopped the match and disqualified the team from participating further in the tournament. After taking yesterday and today to painstakingly review the footage and do our own testing we have come to the conclusion that the Rune Knight on Madea goes to USRC was not using nodelay or programs to bypass the cast times for Dragon's Breath.
We replicated the character onto a GM account, equipped and provided buffs equivalent to what was present during USRC and determined that the casts were not impossible for that character to have performed.
I personally apologize to the Madea goes to USRC team on behalf of the Gravity staff for the disqualification, which was based on our judgement of the situation and available information that Saturday. We did not want to bring the tournament to a halt to do a full investigation/pull logs/recreate characters due to the limited time and personnel that would be available.
The things we have been testing during USRC and analyzing this week will help us to better identify cases of nodelay during WoE from the reports we have received and we have been sending proposals to kRO for changes that would mitigate or eliminate the issues that make illegally accelerated skill use possible.

I don't know what's more painful: your "apology" or the fact I know how hard that team worked, how much time they put into USRC, how stoked they were for the tournament, and how devastated they were by your ridiculous claim.

I'd like to see this as well. This is the Registration thread, and most people won't think to look here.
We were publicly disqualified during an international tournament. I'd like to clear the air of these accusations as quickly as possible.
Thanks.

I agree with this as well. It was a public humiliation and it was live streamed. Made by CM's who couldn't even take the time to do a proper check, before actually DQing them. It can be said that there was time constraints, given that it was an International tournament (International Ragnarok Online.) At the same time though, more investigative work should have been done, instead of DQing them and moving on. That's literally a kick to the face and should have never happened.

In result of something the GM's ruled within 5~ minutes (didn't even give it time after the match to re-review, called it right on the spot), we:
- Wasted at least 30+ hours of practicing almost every night for weeks prior to the event (Even the night of USRC, we practiced a good 2~ hours). Some of us staying up late despite some of us having work early in the morning after (we were really dedicated to this).
- Lost our chance at getting first place or any shot at this tournament at all (We had a really good shot. The only team we were able to play against we beat, and they made it all the way to 2nd and almost 1st (3-2)). Will have to wait another year, and re-practice if we decide to go at it again.
- Got falsely humiliated in front of the majority of the server.
Yeah I think it's fair to say this announcement deserves it's own thread, at the very least.

Lol you guys seem easy to please. If it were me, i'd want compensation. you beat the 2nd place team one round and then got DQ'd. You didn't even lose that many players. you would have placed in the top 4 easily. You got robbed of a prize.
