The exp scroll with the highest value will take effect only.. they will not stack

yes , to stack values you need differents "sources" : for example 10% from the pet , the bonus from the premium , the bonus from the event , and the bonus of a exp coupon.

No, TD bonuses do not stack with other scrolls.
The only scrolls that stack are the 10% scroll you get for the first week of creating a brand new character. So if you couple that with a 100% or any other scroll then yes, the do stack.
