y.. i need more detail.. if i download patch 2014-06-04 always fail to get that patch.. i run ro as administrator still cant get that patch

This is a bit late, but you have to set Compatibility Mode to Windows XP service pack 3 in order for it to work.
Not everybody has this problem, but setting this solves many issues you may encounter with the client.
Also, if you get an error while launching the game, open Setup.exe with Compatibility Mode as well, select Direct 3DX and a resolution, then save and relaunch client.

Patching problems also occur when your client is very very old. After some MB full of patches it just stop working. If you by any chance have a version more than a year old installed, downloading it again would solve the issue. Why i know this? Because i had the same patching problem.
