Reason Im sending ticket is I cannot view my guild chat on my SC nor does it show anyone online. But here is strange part going my char for trading come across my WL who is in a inactive guild I was only person on at the time. I was showing people from my sc guild coming and going online and offline so Im wondering wtf do I do. I go about sending a ticket me trying to log in or submit ticket to department all I do is click continue or next and all that happens I just keep clicking. Im wondering if someone would mind helping me out fixing my problems.. And for reference my Sc was just transferred to another account.

Has that character left guild and re-entered it yet (since the account move)? 

 

If not, definitely try that. Guild membership tends to break when things like that are done to accounts.

 

 

As for the ticket problem - not sure, I see no other posts about it, so I don't think it's a general problem. Try using different browsers?
