Can DEVs make a weapon that locks a mobs to a specific location specially for dungeons
An axe to throw with a chain that grips a mob to a tree
A spear with net that can hold mobs into the ground
.. something like that

We have skills that sllow us to run near the enemy your suggestion is quite the same instead of running near the mob, you suggest to block the mob in a place or am i wrong?
I just want to imply that weapons should have effects to make it more unique and interesting.

Now that you've put it this way your ideas seem more interesting, however, the game already got its own way to spice up its player's weapon; by using Seed Runes. Their effects weren't anywhere near as unique as your ideas suggested, though, and accessible to any class starting from level 50. Nevertheless, I think these ideas of your will totally cheer up that lonely Emergency Bomb No.99 in the filthy section of Kafra Shop, if Gravity ever thought about introducing that poor fella to some new flashy friends.

SEA recently introduced a cash shop item called "Emergency Bomb no. 99." It's a very cheap (works out to about 50 cents US) consumable that does 90,000 damage to a single targeted monster. Is there any plan to introduce such an item as this on NA?
