Hi, 
my account was stolen time ago, but i succeded in regaining all my passwords and so i entered the game and all my passcodes have been changed...naturally i cannot erase or change them without knowing them....Please help.

That's not good for anyone.

  • Full Name on the Account:

  • Answer to Security Question: (if applicable)

Thank you a lot, one last question: i filled up the module and in the line "Character" i've inserted all the name of my characters since i want to change them all, the question is: should i make a module for each character that i have or i can put like 6 names in 1 module?

Putting them in one should be fine. Just as long as the details are there for the Support team to help you.

The Support team is working 24/7. Just in-case you might need to work with the Support team manager, they might take slightly longer.
