hello, my friend is having a problem accessing anything RO related including warpportal, playragnarok, and patching to RO even though his connection is working fine for anything else (facebook, browsing internet, other games). He's using a malaysian IP and we notice that there are a few malaysians complaining on the Ragnarok Online Facebook page about errors that arose after the maintenance on Wednesday. He has tried the steps in the "failed to connect to patch server" but he can't even connect to the ftp server and he's also tried the cmd thing to flush dns thing but it's still not working. When he does the tracert thing, it just replies with request timed out. He has already tried restarting the modem countless times, does anyone know how to fix this?
personally, i'm also a malaysian but thankfully i don't have this problem.
