Hi all,

 

Just a quick query about some bugs that I thought had been sorted out since the "I survived" update :wall:

 

I've noticed that ammo when being put onto a dealer is disappering or changing to ordinary ammo.

 

I just lost a stack of Gold Plated ammo on a character :dunno:

 

Another thing that I have discovered is that with some of my new level 2 characters, made when we had the use of Premium for the "I survived" update :wall: , are now wearing jewellery that I put on them, but is now showing a level 20 cap on them.

 

The jewellery is staying on the charcters until I change anything that the character is wearing - whereupon the jewellery comes off.

 

Did jewellery levels change :dunno:

 

Also, with some of my new level 2 characters, where they were once wearing the jewellery that I put onto them, that didn't have a cap on them at the time, the jewellery has now changed to simple jewellery :dunno:

 

What's going on - anyone  :questionmark:

Send in tickets about this, the team needs to know about these things. Then perhaps they can replicate it, and fix it.

If your character has items that are appearing in the wrong slot, you will have to submit a ticket to have it corrected.  The bug was fixed, but affected characters have to be corrected by the support team.

When we had all the problems during the "I Survived" update I was checking on the forum posts all the time, I thought they

had told us at some point that they were going to finally fix the errors that had been happening and that we didn't need to contact support.

 

One of my characters had lost everything from the character etc as had happened with other players accounts - but this was

eventually fixed without me having to contact support, so I just thought that everything else was sorted too lol :bang:

 

I didn't realise that some things that had gone wrong were only fixable by contacting support, otherwise I would have sent in a support request.

 

I'll have to check out which characters are still showing faults and contact support.

 

Should I just do one ticket to support listing everything or should I do individual tickets for each character as

the faults are the same/similar in all cases :questionmark:

Good question. I would probably take the time to do an individual ticket for each character, but I suppose you can combine them.

As a side note just now I've experienced the no skills icons in the hot key bars and no skills in the skill window, there's no basic or item mall skills showing in the skills window, all the normal skills are showing with padlocks and no numbers showing their levels etc - as Leonis has mentioned in the recent patch notes. I just re-chose the character and the skills have reappeared :dunno:

 

Also I noticed yesterday when looking at going to play some of my other characters, that I have the case of wrong images for the clothing gear being worn by a character - when you look at the character it's wearing the gear, but when you look at it's inventory showing the gear it's got wrong picture of the clothing there lol.

 

It's on Draconis as mentioned by someone in another posting so maybe they do have Gremlins over there lol :o :wacko:

I recently created a new soldier. At first, I gave him an xbow, and what I experienced was: After I ran out of arrow (Wooden), I opened 1 crate of nymph arrow & equipped it, surprisingly, as I hit the fit arrow, the other 99 disappeared. Tried once more and it happened again.

 

What surprised me more was as soon as I equipped another wooden arrow (999) and began to shoot, those 99 would pop out in the inventory again.

On my artisan, here's what troubled me.

If my inventory (equipment tab) has less than 8 slots, as I keep on crafting, disassembling, NPC-ing, the client will soon freeze.

What I mean when I say "freeze" is, no matter what you do with your cursor, everything will stay the same as it is, the cursor just "doesn't work".

-> Solution #1: I have to relog. And guess what, some of the items that I disassembled, NPC-ed earlier, they appeared again in the inventory.

 

-> Solution #2: Free up my inventory to a half of the maximum number of slots, and the problem doesn't come up anymore BUT, everytime I log in, some earlier dumped, NPC-ed items would still re-appear.

Oh I had that happen to me once! I thought it was my pc, cause my cursor wouldn't work. My client had frozen and the only option I had was to reboot my pc. Nothing worked! I was crafting at the time, but I didn't put two and two together. Good job finding that one!

Yeah I had that same glitch occur ALOT when crafting my 200 reinf sets
