when i log in my acount after 1 min or 30 sec
there`s have pop up cant find acount

you probably misspelled your account name. Try checking your email?

I have had this same issue Thursday. I was able to log in in all Caps on my ID because a friend suggested to do that. However, I did submitted a ticket and it seems to work ok today.
