My skill stopped working out of nowhere. I have re-logged about seven times and still not working. Not sure if it matters but my character name is LoveIess on Leonis.

Try Mounting and Dismounting.

Not the car, Any mount, a reindeer, a spider, anything .P. 

 

There was a bug when your skills werent working, getting on top of a mount and then dismounting would fix it.

 

Also im pretty sure you this this already, but just in case, check you have a bow equiped.(and maybe arrows)

Okay, I will have to buy one. I dont own any. Gonna  have a friend can ride cart me and see if that helps.

 

Addition: Now I also try to travel between worlds and it taked four or five times before it works and NPC's and mobs are taking about 45 seconds to load up. Again, only this character and I have tried two different computers. Happens on both.

Okay, well my friend tried to ride cart me and it said I was too fat, lol, too much weight. I was at 97%, so I went down to 91% weight and still too heavy. Got rid of more stuff and was able to do skills. Sooooo, apparantly I can't do my skills if I am above 90% weight capacity? There was no notice or anything in the chat box, maybe theat should be incorporated into the game so people aren't stumped like I was. Lol.

what were you doing before you got glitched? i've been playing around and i never had glitches with my skills on my soldier.

well visually you have not exceeded above 100% weight but the system didn't recognize it and it shows 100% weight instead, i advice you not to exceed 90% weight to avoid glitches like that. Also that's why it took a time to see an NPC because on server side you're not running that's why there's a delay.
