I have a support SN that keeps on running out of SP 
Will the end result of 2x blue acidus cards on top+mid headgear be = 10% additional sp regen?

You could also save up and get Arc Angeling Card(though you would need 77+ in Luk) instead for one, or both, of them.

If you have sp probs, use gear that increases max sp. the ultimate cheat is brynhilldr xD. barring that, a +9 maestro headgear and +9 temporal boots, or +9 superior enhanced angels reincarnation for example are quite good on sp. Every 100 max sp is as good as 6 int for regen rate. 10% regen rate boost isn't that useful.
