on iROwiki it was stated that Remodel Mainframe and Mado Gear licence gave ATK and DEF even while not on Mado... is this still truth? i dont want to waste my time getting more job points than i should if it doesnt work...

The DEF one is for sure. Can't remember the ATK one off the top of my head but it should apply too.

Yes, Madogear license and Remodel give ATK and DEF, regardless if you are in a Mado or not.

odd... im not getting the  bonus on axe tornado... am i doing something wrong or is it because im black not 100?

It won't show up in your status window but will affect your damage from what I know. In your case, you can use maximize power to see if the damage has changed. But you probably already put in the points? Well if you are 99 you still have the free skill reset.

It IS odd. I can't really see the diff between Mado License 0 or 5 with Axe Tornado, but my ctrl-click went from 360ish to 400ish.

I've yet to try Remodel Mainframe.

EDIT: Remodel Mainframe works. Confirmed. Both skills work without Mado /no1

I THINK damage variance should go away if you use maximize power and a +0 weapon. So you should be able to see the difference. Also, the attack might be like a weapon mastery type of attack and might not be as significant. But it should still make a difference.

is not that it isnt significant, is that it isnt working at all with axe tornado leveling the skill made no difference on its damage with power maximize

 

remodel mainframe on the other hand is giving its 100 DEF as intended
