Well, it happens on my alt
i got +30 wand and +30 magic shield...
when i go off like 1 day maybe, my shield gone from my bag.. and i think maybe i just wrong click on it and sold it to NPC
then i bought the other one, and i have my shield again when i receive it from transporter and go off like 1 hour, then my wand gone from my bag

Really sucks.. can u guys explain what happened? ty before

This, I have sold 2x +30 items to NPCs, deleted one (before the warning was implemented) and reduced 2 more, all were returned to me.  The most important thing is remembering the timeframe in which you may have NPCd the items.  This is one of the nicest features about this game is that they can actually go back and get your item back, the first time I did this I thought sure it was lost forever and felt terrible but people in guild told me it could actually be returned.  Its not guaranteed though, the rough part is that you sound as if you arent sure when or even how it happened, try your best to be as specific as possible in the ticket with char names and the timeframe in which it may have happened.  Sometimes if you cant specify when it happened they will be unable to locate the items.

 

Lesson to be learned, dont get drunk and play requiem.
