Since i changes my vani to Sera its aspd seems to be much lower and after each cast she does nothing for ~1sec. Do i have to change something in the settings?

That's normal. Both get better over time.
Homun s all have much lower attack speeds, though they get better as levels.
The stop in place is a long standing bug. When a homun s is hit at a certain point while using an instant cast skill, it hangs in the flinch animation for a while. Cannot be worked around in ai as the client stops calling the ai entirely during that time. Somehow, though, this gets better over time too.
