RWC Memory Knife states that it has 2 card slots.

When I attempt to add a second card the weapon selection dialog does not open with the RWC Memory Knife when it already has 1 card.

Where does it say it has 2 slots? 

 

Wherever it says that is in error - it's supposed to have 1 slot, not 2.

You can search the RWC Memory knife on Ragial. It will say RWC Memory Knife [2]

I noticed it after this last patch update. I was looking through shops and a person had a 2 Slot RWC Memory Knife for sale; I foolishly bought it thinking it came from a newer RWC arms box. When I checked on my own RWC Memory knife I saw that it had 2 slots on it as well. I then bought a very expensive weapon card to put on my single-carded RWC memory knife [2] but was unable to.

Yup, I see it too. That's a bug. I haven't heard of the RWC knife having 2 slots anywhere, either - so not sure how that came about (in the past, we've sometimes gotten descs - or even stats - on items that are for different national ROs)

that's been popping up recently.  for example, the dragon helms are listed as having one slot now when they shouldn't have any.
