Hello,

 

Say I have achieved 100% cast reduction through a KK Cod, FAW, RWC pendands and enchants.  Is there still a need for a phen accessory, or orleans gown?

Well it depends on what skill are you using, for example, if you are going to use Cart Cannon then you won't need it and if you are going to use Acid Bomb then you will need it, cause the 100% cast reduction its only for variable cast time, and AB has 1sec fixed cast time

 

 

 

So it depends on the skill you are using.
