Just working with a few ideas, I know some folks will try shooting it down of course but some may like them as well.

The following middle headgear items can now be hidden slot enchanted for bonus stats: Glasses, Sunglasses, Blush, Twin Ribbon, Dark Blinder, Elven Ears, Angel Wing Ears, Devil Wing Ears. (August 24th, 2011) - Are we still getting this?

Added new items to Malangdo enchant NPC (Noble Cross, Murasama [2] (ID-21003), Naght Seiger Twin Blade(Blue), Naght Seiger Twin Blade(Red), Thorn Staff of Darkness[1] ) (December 12th, 2012)

 

3. Troy

OMG when are we going to have the freedom of decarding gears back?

1. KBC will never be a groove pack item.  it will only be obtained via raffler. 

 

3. For Troy, you can ticket to decard right now.  Not instant obviously but it still beats waiting around for him to come back.  I guess this route will be possible until all the heroic desocketing books currently on the server are consumed.

Yeah, I've decarded a few items using the ticket system.  The GMs are pretty quick about it!
