Everytime i buy unbinder coupon it always turn to arachnid/..anyone who experience this bug or just me? i have 12 arachnid spider mount now. ticket done.

I tried buying an Item Unbinder Coupon, but all I got was an Item Unbinder Coupon. Relogging did not change the item either.

i lost alot of honor for try and error by converting. all i have is 12arachnid,3 defence booster, 2 red potion=1700 valor. but after i put all item in consume to storage then buy unbinder coupon boom solve. but i lost almost 2k honor.. my char is the bug not your char sir genesis..
