So it looks like your russian partners are working on a server without mall items(or atleast very limited) 

They listened to their community, and we've been asking for it aswell, (I think it started a few years ago, when amplio's were introduced and ofc got ignored - i say NO MORE !)

Can we have it too? if not atleast have the decency to respond to this and not with the standard ' i will forward this to this or that - we all know where our idea's go)

A few games run a subscription-based server with no mall, or mall items that drop from mobs. Have to pay monthly, but at least no powertools

It would depend on how the Russian server goes. But currently, no plans for it here.

Maybe the russians will take over one day and pick a new publisher for the English player base ^.^

They should wipe Nova and make it the new free server xD (max +10 in reinforce, only costumes and Premium as IM items).
