I'll try to help you. DragonSaga has some strange bugs.
 
For your strange bug I have to ask you a strange question:
 
Did you play for a longer time before this bug appeared?
If the answer is "yes" you was probably the "victim" of the "memory leak" bug.
Then sometimes item graphics or monsters or some of the world objects just disappear, but they're still there. You just can't see them any longer.
Then the problem can be solved just by quitting and restarting the game.
(There maybe is a solution for you that can significantly reduce this problem, but I won't explain it as long as I don't know if this is your bug).

This is a screenshot showing the bug after about 1.5 hrs of gameplay on the Dragonica EU-Server.
The same bugs also occurs here. You see, that some (almost all) objects (monsters, world) are gone. That could happen to the item icons in the inventory, too.

Expand the spoiler to see what could happen when this bug occurs. 
 
 
If the answer is "no", then only some "standard" actions could help:
 
Deinstall (delete) the whole game and re-install it.
If you have a non-english Windows you better us the installer here:
http://forums.warppo...nglish-systems/
otherwise you can use the installer from the official page (or use the other one, since it also works for english Windows).
 
When the installer with the nice Dragon Saga Characters asks you for a folder to install, change the location and the name (eg. SagonDraga) (no joke, it's strange but that often resolves strange bugs).
(if you use my installer, it asks you for a location twice, then change the location at the point it asks the second time).
 
If all that does not resolve your problem, then the last way is to write a ticket to the support, then they could check if something with the database entry of your char is not correct.
 
But please answer my first question before doing all the other things. Thanks.

I  do not believe that it was a memory bug; i can play up to 5-6 hours or longer and have no issues, but yes i had been playing for a while. My guess is that it is a bug with the item, as this had not happened with any other items in the past.

The "item" of yours is a stack of souls that just doesn't fit in your complete full but invisible inventory. 

 

This "bug" happened to me often in game already. On here, on EU, on SEA, just about on any Dragonica/DragonSaga game.

It's just the game memory that is acting up itself. Nothing serious.

To me it happened with about any item on about any inventory tab (misc for example too, with a yeti foot  ).

 

In that cases I have my own method: 

 

1) I throw away exactly one! item I don't need and isn't worth much

or

2) I run for my life to reach the nearest merchant to sell exactly one! item that I want to get rid of

 

3) try to reach my vault to put in exactly one! item

 

 

After that the item pending can be put in the inventory.

 

Right after that I close the whole game completely - not just back to login screen - a complete game close.

Now I do a game restart and voila the before invisible inventory items are all there. 

 

Now I go on with the normal game business, like selling stuff etc.....

 

Well, this is how I do it. 

But I have to say the first time this "bug" happened to me I was like   

 

So yeah, but in time I "adjusted" to it happening from time to time.

I never heard of a problem you described. Neither with a stack of souls nor with any other item. Except in the case I explained above.

If you really think that it has to do with the item and your problem still persists, the only way to solve your problem is to submit a support ticket.
