got the same issue.. My ro2 acc is not existing.. Which i made when i used Aeria Games.. Since i reformat my PC and WP now accepting players directly from PH i downloaded the client directly to them.. But it doesn't exists..
I'am downloading ro2 right now via Aeria.. I hope it works..
