My ML20 Knight doesn't have the quest instead my lv50 priest has it am i the only one?

Just head to Verta Delta and speak directly with Iron Liz, you can still kill Captain Morgan and gain the event item.
My priest didn't have the mailbox quest and my sin did, however the mailbox quests makes you go to Alberta to Prontera just to end up with Iron Liz in the end in Verta Delta.
