Is it possible to change the location of the npc expert chef pinoa closer to an exit or flying kafra. The other experts are close to exits and more convenient >.<

No such NPC exists on RO1.

Imagine that someone posting in the wrong section... Maybe instead of pointing the obvious out you could have said you have posted in the wrong section... I apologise it was meant to be in ro2 proposals..
