every time i go to any vendors on any account there is no window to buy anything, my inventory and trade window pop up but not the supplies window,i reaaly hope someone can help

Hmm, I'm not sure what you mean but you have to manually add the items by CTRL+clicking them. it will then ask you if you want to save it in buylist.
