40-50: Valid Raeth F7. Technically good until 55
50-60: Forgotten Village F7. Technically good until 65
60-70: Haven of Peace F7
70-85: Dragon Velly F7.
It's best to wait for weekends. More people will be on and WarpPortal runs exp events.
