Always played as Champion,and played with Sura on my country's server,but the version there is not updated as the version here.So,my questions are:
- Sura full GoH is still viable?
- If it is,can i level up with a GoH build using Tiger Cannon to mob?
- Have a variant,and a +5 Cat Ear Beret and about 60~70M. Whats the best equipments to buy?

usually end-level shura is a "GoH build" as there is no other skill set that is relatively viable anyways (ever since the KA nerf + arrival of WoE sets)

the stats for that build will slightly vary:  VIT can range from 95-105 base, AGI from 40-90 base, with STR/DEX/INT around 90-100 base, 30-60 LUK

there are exceptions to end-level build like tao gunka equipped shura which can specialize with tiger cannon (lvl 10-TC and lvl 5-GoH) with even more base VIT (up to 120), and less INT (as low as 30-60) since maxHP is more important than maxSP in their case;

with the general stat range posted above, yes you can level up with TC (which is the best shura AoE currently damage-wise anyways - combo TC of course)

while still leveling up, it's usually better to prioritize getting TC first and forget GoH in the meantime; TC's AOE changes with skill lvl (1-5 = 3x3 AoE. 6-10 = 5x5 AoE)so it's nice to have at least lvl 6 TC;

but then, although most 1-range mobs are easy to stack into 1-cell with snap, the goal is to 1-shot the mob anyways so higher TC levels (along with HP gear and the proper weapon/endows) will help achieve that

probably just keep saving zeny and get a witch's pumpkin hat + alarm mask set (100m+ value currently)

tiger cannon is HP intensive and WPH set + pumpkins is the most cost effective way to deal with its HP drain (unless you have tons of slims to spare)

a glorious suit is going to be your best PvM armor (along with elemental armors as situation calls for it); the easiest way to obtain the KvM badges for it is via eden merit badge exchange (obtainable by finishing turn-in quests and/or old purple boxes), and/or sleipnir seal quest if it's open

a common thing in this game is that going from one tier of gears to the next usually involves a lot of zeny/time/effort; (ex. can take 100-200m or even more just to improve one type of gear)

i mean you can probably spend 70m on several "slightly better" gears but that would result in very little improvement (and very little use/value for those later on)

but don't give up ! ^_^

Thanks for the tips!
Do you think diabolus boots with Verit/Matyr and Diabolus Manteau with Raydric are the best options or there is better items?
Since i came back playing some weeks ago,i still dont know what are the gears for "poor" and "rich",as if i can say like that.
At about lvl 100 im thinking of 90 Vit,60 dex,the rest on str and not so much in int.

just keep using your variants; the next step for shoes is to get +9 superior enhanced variants which will probably take some time to do (may even reach lvl 150 before you decide to get it)

diabolus gear don't get used much anymore;

raydric HBP is nice for PvM and is much affordable now, but +9 upgrade and at least 90 base of the relevant stats are needed to get the most out of it

raydric nid garb is fine for PvM too but won't get used much at end level where HBPs/FAWs dominate (WoE sets for WoE/PvP)

if you plan to get the best gears at the end, i suggest bearing with what you have for now until you can afford to switch them one by one

the stats look fine; just scale up them up accordingly as you level (like DEX for enough HIT), until you hit the stat ranges listed before
