I have encounter this twice before in which the client does not save the patch files after the server maintenance. The first were the updates from 2014-06-04 to 2014-06-11 and the other were the updates from 2014-08-06 to 2014-08-20. So what happens is when I close my game and restart it again, it downloads the patch files again (which takes almost forever to complete). I have resolved the past issues by manually downloading the patch files from the links I found here in the forum.

Now, it has happened to me again after yesterday's maintenance. Everything seemed fine but when I tried to enter the new Low TI map (Lighthalzen Field), my game displayed an error message and another popup to notify me that rag.exe has stopped responding and needs to close. And when I reopened my client, it started to download again from scratch (by scratch I meant the files from yesterday's maintenance).

So, my question is, does anyone know where I can find the patch files so I can download it manually? I really hope doing this will resolve my problem for the third time.

If this post is tl;dr for you guys, in a nutshell my query is this: Does anyone know where I can download the patch files from yesterday's maintenance?

:thx:

This sounds like UAC problems.

What version of windows, and where is RO installed to?

Hm, that shouldn't have UAC problems. C:/gravity/... should be fine (C:/program files... is not okay). And it's Windows 7, so the UAC behavior is approximately correct (unlike vista).

Was the problem fixed by manually downloading the files? If so, this is a strange problem indeed!

Uhm, after I manually putting the patch files into the folder, my client worked just fine. Thanks~
