Aeria Users Acc. no longer exists

I read some issues in the forum and there are many reports of Aeria users cannot log in. (Acc does not exists) when trying to log in. Which I'm having the same problem..

 

At first I thought that because I was the only one since i re-download the game directly to WP.. I was thinking to re-download again the game via Aeria Ignites when I read many reports that Aeria users can't log in too since their acc was not existing anymore..

 

But up to now there's no reply from you guys so i decided to right in this section since there's usually someone answering questions from players like us who is now frustrated and cannot log in our accounts..

 

I think you need to reply to us as soon as possible.. Even you guys don't have any solution yet.. You need to let us know that someone is reading our complaints and finding the cause and looking for a solution..

 

 

Hoping for your fastest response ^ ^

You guys would have to take that up with Aeria. WarpPortal has nothing to do with them and can't do anything even if they wanted to.

I use an Aeria account too and so far I didn't get this problem o_o hope it stays that way.

We were aware of an issue that was fixed a couple days ago, but if it's still occurring, we will definitely be checking it out.

 

For organization's sake, please create a ticket by visiting support.warpportal.com, so we can collect information from those affected and look into it. I'll be letting the support staff know to keep an eye out for those tickets so we can tackle this ASAP.

 

Feel free to PM me, as well. We'll see if this is an issue on our side or Aeria's side.

Not sure if this helps, but there is a similar issue with Steam-based clients too since this week, but as for that, you can work around it by opening up a client that lets you enter the username and password yourself, and that still works.

Your lucky.. Are you still using the client that you downloaded via Aeria?
