Apparently several steam users who play Ro2 legitimately are getting banned.

Why?  I believe it has something to do with the KP conversion through steam wallet.

The GMs currently know that this bug exist right now, and are trying to fix it asap.

This user has stated this: (http://forums.warppo...-bug/?p=1906998)

"I was add fund my Steam Wallet on September 16 here in PH by using MolPoints. Because I want to buy 50 pcs of August box (10KP) worth of 200 Pesos (PH currency) or 5$ (500 KP). I was noticed that the deduction of my Steam wallet was -5 Pesos only. Which I know that It will all deducted. Then I try to Charge Kafra Points again via 50$ which will be (5,500 KP with the bonus), then still the deduction of my Steam wallet was -50 Pesos. I recharge another 50$,40$ and 5$. BUT, I didn't spend all the Kafra Points to buy other items it was remain.

On the next day September 17 PH, I was tried to add funds my steam wallet so that I will confirm that it was a bug. Then Still exist and still I didn't spend my Kafra Points was reached to 33,000 Kafra Points.

Lately September 20 around 9am PH time... A moderator message me that my account was need to investigate.

INVESTIGATE... I tried to log-in again and a warning message that my account block permanently.

This is insane seriously, because I didn't use any hack tools or thirdparty. It wasn't my fault. This is the problem between WarpPortal and Steam.

Fix the bug and back my account.

Kindly response for this Bug.

Thanks and more power to WarpPortal"

What if the other players use the points ? They must wipe those items. so we all play fair.

I honestly don't know the details of this, but I think the bans are automated.  In relation to the items that were bought, everything is timestamp.  Not sure how they'll handle this, but  I just wanted to post this to warn people to cut down the unnecessary, invalid bans.

Thanks for posting this and bringing it to everyone's attention. Recently, less than a week or so I believe, Steam converted all prices to Php (Philippine Pesos) for users from the Philippines. (Like other countries, Steam now charges PH users with their local currency.)

From what this looks like, the charging didn't take effect on WP's system so instead of $5 and $50, people are getting charged Php5 and Php50.

If you buy points this way knowingly, it is probably considered abuse. Easy way to prove this is probably by looking at the user's wallet balance during the purchase times, but then again not really, if some people keep their wallet balances up. I don't. D:

Yesterday they back my account into the game. Obviously not guilty. They took the remaining KP.
