more serius, I tried classic, it was good but only three times i found some nonbot player and they were like this:

1st one: nothing special he just ask me if i was a bot.
2nd one: he say "LOL renewal noob you can't make anything without TI and Eden LOL, RUC, ROLF, LMAO" or something like that...

3rd one: ~she~ say: "go to eat Tacos you borderjumper, taco taco taco, gacamole, frijoles, guadalajara" and like that.

I were bored cause i never meet someone who were willing to talk or even party with me, and for solo play Renewal is best i think.

I don't say all classic players are like this, It's just what i experienced, so i don't generalize someone just for the server he/she play, even if they(me too in, maybe, other ways) like to spam threats xD

The population issue in Classic is a serious problem indeed. Mechanic-wise Classic is better, but man, it's hard to play an MMORPG without a friend.

To be fair, that is an easy assumption to make. Your point of view of this is probably tainted due to having been "established" on Renewal (you have gears and high level chars right?). 

 

When I log on Renewal, I can't find people to talk to, a guild to join, can't do TI parties, and can't solo. Mostly because I don't have crazy high level accounts anymore or gears. The problem was, I didn't know where to look or who to talk to. 

 

I solo 95% of everything on Classic because I enjoy playing solo. I am established on Classic so I can do it all easily. I am not established on Renewal so it seems hard/impossible. Maybe this has been your experience, but with the server names swapped.

^ the soloing and the established part is probably true, but I find very easy to make a conversation in renewal, just S.Prontera or TI, if you start to talk a lot of people will follow the conversation.

And yeah, I'm a noob u.u, but with my first char i was able to level without TI till ~lvl130 (cause i never knew abouth them), so that was not the problem, I can go and grind without company but sometimes i like just to sit and talk with others, wich i find in classic very very hard.

Again, this is just my opinion, both servers had their good parts.

If you want to be social on Classic, you ABSOLUTELY need a guild. The game world is too big for the server's low population and so without the unification of a guild it's really easy to go for hours without meeting another (living) soul.

 

I've noticed that Mirai, Chrono Triggers Br, Cute Hat Obsession (sorta) and Aurora (maaaaaaaybe) seem to be very PvM active. Hit one of them up for a guild invite. You can find them all in Classic Recruiting.

 

e: Chrono aren't listed. You can just find them at Prontera's South Kafra anyway. Same with Aurora.

I tried that..aaand the guild were more AFK than me XD...but I can try onece more
