I hate these errors first I got a "failed to get 2014/8/20" file and now this.

I need someone to help me please I tried opening it as admin already but it still says failed to get

I used to play it well I did all the patches and then yesterday when I open it it starts installing the 2014/8/20 patch.

Everything was great untill it said failed to get, I uninstalled and installed it 5 times already I even tried to fix it with the installer

I even downloaded it three times in case it was that something went wrong with the installer... 

this is really anoying me right now PLEASE ANYONE HELP MEE!!

That patch is required for the game to work, so it needs to be downloaded and applied. 

 

What does it do when you try to run it? Does it start patching that file? What is the exact text of any and all error messages shown?

 

 

 

The file itself can be downloaded from ftp://patch2.playragnarok.com/patch/2014-08-20data_gm_r.gpf - you should be able to put a copy of that into your RO folder, and as long as it can contact the server (which I think it can, since you're getting failed to get, not failed to connect to patch server), it should be able to apply it without downloading it over again.
