Just a suggestion for an NPC that would allow Rogue class chars to buy their Initimidate/Reproduce skills instead of going to PVP and having to wait for the right class to show up to get a specific skill!

Some things in RO shouldn't be purchasable, and this is an MMO where there are literally hundreds of every class wandering around at all times of the day. Ask one of them. "Convenience" doesn't matter here.

that's not really what happens though. the majority just tend to make a dozen or so alts with the skills they need NPC would free up character slots.
