What should I be striving for? Everything looks pretty outdated on here and iROwiki has omitted the equipment section all together.

 

Please exclude MvP/Mini-Boss cards and God Items.

Headgear

+12 Ygg Crown (I use this since I like the high self heals)

+12 Chibi Pope Hat with (Future Paros) or Arch Angeling

Abysmal Knight Helm (Leaf Cat / Giant Hornet)

Arch Angeling Blush or BFG (Blush if using Chibi Pope), Ungoliants aren't bad either if you don't have high agi, Can also use Leaf Cat or Giant Hornet Cards

any lower (Balloons / WCP Preferred)

 

Armor

Diabolus Robe of ___(Stone Curse / Ares / Angeling) /

Robe of Affection is very good for PvM as well since it's a free Holy Armor basically. Can also Enchant

Orlean's Gown (Same cards as above, do not need to use phen with this, but lose the cast delay reduction of Diab Robe)

 

Shield

Bible of Promise Vol 2. (Resistant / Royal Guard / Anti-Medium, Small and Large) Can also enchant (My personal preference of shield)

Valk Shield with same cards as ^

 

Weapon

+12 Glorious Cure Wand

+12 Light of Recovery [1] (No idea what to card it with, also enchantable and heals more, but uses more SP)

 

Garment

+12 Nidhoggur's Shadow (Immune, Deviant) (I prefer this for the elemental reductions)

+9 Fallen Angel Wings with Spell Enchants or SP

Arch Angel Wing with Heal 5 (SP Consuming)

+9 Heroic Backpack

 

Shoes

+9 Enhanced Variants (Firelock, if +0 Green Ferus is good too)

Variants

Vital Tree Shoes (For more heal, I prefer more HP though, so I'd go with enhanced Variants)

 

Accessories

Light of Cure (A must to have for me)

Diab Ring of Under Cast / Carefree (I usually carry this with me, but don't equip unless I have to)

Glorious Ring

Water Drop Brooch isn't bad either and can card it.

there's very little to add
Robe of Judgement as a Shadow property armor.

Centipede Larva card as a possible weapon card.

Then there's a newly released item : Healing Shadow Weapon.

Centipede Larva is a terrible card to slot in a healing weapon for AB's, the only thing that helps at all from that card is that +1 int, and thats just not worth it..............seriously kRO needs to think of some healing cards for our Rods........................

Best high end card for headgear for Healers: White Lady Card.........Seriously a Chibi Pope Hat and a Blush[1] both with White Lady's in them........its every FS AB's wet dream, and everyone says the heals are like smoking weed(figuratively I'm sure they mean).

There's Ryncho card to consider but i'm not sure if you'd go for it

KamiKali's list is very good. Weapon wise can add Long Mace with enchants (2x spell3 is appealing).

 

I'd personally prioritize heal boosting gears that give the least penalty when gearing up. Ie, glorious wand > light of recovery. Its nice to have high heals but if you find yourself healing quite a lot through a PVM encounter you need to reconsider the game style of yourself and the party for the sake of efficiency.
