This is more of a question of "how to give them away" rather than "how to invest them"

Or,if it doesn't have to be a giving it away thing, just go for +20 on a worthy weapon.You'll be a legend if it happens.

Tell people your doing an event at XX:XX time and to be around to find out about the event. Even will including getting a ton of cards/gears. Go to a non populated map filled with looters and fill the looters up with cards/gears. Once time comes put warps down for map and announce the event. You can also go and continue to drop stuff for looters to pick up to keep people entertained longer.

play hide and seek with vending! buy expensive things, then give people the amount of clues you're comfortable with, and sit somewhere with something crazy for 10 zeny! probably would need a forum thread or something, but still. hide and seek rules!

Yeah, something similar to what GMs/CMs do would be nice. Just remember to make it possible to participate for lower lvl characters. Nothing is worse than events where poor stay poor and rich get richer

Hold an event with multiple parts each of varying difficulty. with someone that has a megaphone calling out the level ranges for that part mere SECONDS before that part starts. And if a char deals you that isn't in that range, they get a big fat nothing.
