Good Day!

 

I bought Trainee Medal and I used it with my lowbie artisan level 206, he is SmMegaMall.

But unfortunately, the rewards I'm getting as of now(as I'm writing this concern) is the same as before I don't use the Trainee Medal.

Wihout xp medal I'm earning 100k-134k experience but when I used it now, its the same, it doesn't double at all, I checked my other pt members and we're just getting the same experience, given SmMegaMall is premium user, I want to refund back my trainee medal and fix this bug please

I noticed same (was in orlo near mastyx and scavengers). Before i used 30 min medal and after - EXP was equal

First! Let me address the "refund" issue~

 

If you ever want a refund for an item, you NEED to submit a ticket. Don't post on the forums. The Topic will just be closed and someone like myself will tell you that you need to submit a ticket.

The Medal is working as intended! The medal gives you bonus off your base EXP. The player exceptions are just higher~ The development team is reviewing the EXP rates you are receiving with medals, parties, etc as of this moment. More details to come.

DIsagreed Shaz, if it says double exp I expect the EXP I was getting times two precisely.

Medals I can't ever remember giving a true 2x exp. Even at lower levels it doesn't work correctly. Once you add in premium, exp gear then the medal it doesn't add up to what it should. Throw in a party and your exp drops big time. Being in a party serves little when trying to level up.

Okay so I tested it a little bit at ruins yesterday night. My champ(attacker) and dealer (leecher). Party level 1-10 leveled up slowly. Monsters are purple to both my chars.
My dealer was naked. No bonus exp or premium. I was getting 40k-44k exp per kill and when I used a sigil x3 exp. I was getting 68-70k exp. That's not even double.. There's something clearly wrong. Multiply the "base" by x3 and still not getting even double the exp that I was expecting
1 hour only got me 80% LOL! With 3x sigil. How discouraging is that. Level 180

Hi Sir ShazamO! I would like to inform you that the support team restored my lowbie's Trainee Medal today

 

Again, I'm very sorry for posting my concern here as I thought from the very start that the support team might response very late but I was wrong

 

I'm happy also that the development team is performing analysis with regards to exp rates because I think there's a really problem happening as I stated from my first post.

 

I will not use my Trainee Medal until the development team finalize their actions about it
