+7 Sandstorm <- More ATK

Tri
+8 Scalpel <- Cheap and easy to obtain, bleed chance (proc thru CS? confirm)
+7 R/BTE <- More ATK

Which one I should get? Refine rate is around what I can afford.

EDIT: No, I won't get HFs for my main hand.

I'm pretty sure off hand weapon attack does not count towards your damage, so your better off with more hf cards on off hand, in the case of your scenarios.
