ive tried using the treasure maps from the fishing event and only ONE of them (the south prontera location) has worked... that was right after maint... the one in Bayalan isnt even there... needs to be fixed...

Which maps aren't working? These are the same maps/locations from last year.

ive tried the one on the hodes map, the one outside of geffen near the lookout point, the one above hodes map, and a few others... i get the dialog box but the monsters dont spawn and there is no reward... only the one in that tiny area at the bottom of south prontera has worked so far...

That is the reuse timer on them. It needs to expire.

how long is the reuse timer? and is it a global timer or for each individual location?

3 hours.

There are unfortunately a lot of botted maps floating around.

We can however look at reducing the reuse timer to match the fishing spots...
